For all programs, please submit a letter of inquiry (not a full proposal) of no more than three pages describing the mission of the organization and the purpose of the request. Staff will respond to all communications, and, if appropriate, invite a full proposal. Do not submit videos, CDs, audiocassettes, press clippings, books, or other materials unless they are requested.

The Foundation does not accept proposals for:

• Individuals
• Endowments, annual fund appeals or fundraising events
• Conferences, workshops
• Sectarian religious concerns
• Scholarships, fellowships, research, loans, or travel
• Film or media projects
• Publications.
